We all know that prevention is better then the cure. Here at The Square Advanced Dental Care we are proactive giving you the proventative advice and treatments to help you make effective changes to your lifestyle; lowering the amount of restorative treatments you will need in the future.
We dont tell you you cant enjoy sugar, sweets, cake and chocolate, only to limit the amount of times a day you indulge. Keep your 'sugar attacks' to meal times, usually 3 times a day. Now remember we didn't say you can have 10 meals a day! If you want to snack between meals choose fruit as a healthier alternative. We also recommed that between meals you should avoid fizzy drinks and fruit jucies; instead choose tea or coffee with no sugar, you could even opt for a plain water or milk.
